Thank you for shopping at Donvalor! We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and terms.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

🇮🇳 Shipping Within India

  • We ship to all major pin codes across India.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur during festivals, sales, or extreme weather conditions.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 extra (non-refundable)

We may offer free COD during promotional periods — keep an eye on our banners!

🚚 Delivery Partners

We work with trusted national couriers like:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Xpressbees

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote areas)

All orders come with trackable shipping.

📍 Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for:

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Packages returned due to non-availability of the recipient

If a package is returned to us, the customer will need to pay reshipping charges.

🔄 Delivery Attempt & Re-Delivery

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If undelivered, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Re-delivery is only possible after paying the shipping + return charges.

❗ Important Notes

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • COD is not available in certain remote or restricted areas.
