🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy

At Donvalor, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help — but due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

📦 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item or wrong size.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You wish to exchange for a different size of the same item.

✅ Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Exchange is only allowed once per order.

  • Customer must provide unboxing video in case of a wrong or damaged product claim.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

🚫 No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues

  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution

  • Size issues where size chart was provided and followed

Please read the size chart carefully before placing your order. Feel free to reach out for help with sizing before you buy.

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Email us at info.donvalor@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 75758 00971 with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Unboxing video (if applicable)

  2. After approval, you must ship the product back to our return address. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement.

❗ Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items, accessories, or items marked final sale.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be exchanged, not refunded.

  • We do not offer reverse pickup at this time.
